When you want to use Apptie Service, we will ask you for some data to register your Account. Such data includes:

  • Initial registration data: We requiring your Email for Account creating and receiving Apptie Service benefits.
  • Profile data: You may optionally fill in your Account with the following data: First name, Last name and Country.

Please note, in most cases you will have an option not to provide this data and do not create an Account. In this case you can still use some of our software but, with limited functionality.

3. How and why do we use your data?

When it comes to processing your personal data we have purposes and legal basis to process your personal data. In this section, we will provide you with the description of both.

3.1. Purposes

We process your personal data to:

  • provide you with access to our Website and our Apps;
  • for analytical and statistical purposes, to conduct research to improve our product and develop new ones;

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice. Usually, we will store your data for as long as you use your account unless legislation obliges us to store personal data longer.

Also, you may exercise any other of your rights such as a right to object or restrict processing and a right to data portability, to do so you can email us to support@apptie.me In case you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Policy towards minors

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to send any personal data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 16, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. 11. Payment Processing

Notwithstanding any amounts owed to Apptie hereunder, Apptie DOES NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR ANY SERVICES. To facilitate payment for the Service via bank account, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processors”). These payment processing services are provided by the Payment Processors and are subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies available at https://stripe.com/legal and Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy available at: https://stripe.com/privacy, and all other relevant agreements (collectively, the “Payment Processor Agreements”). By agreeing to these Terms of Service, users that use the payment functions of the Service also agree to be bound by the applicable Payment Processor Agreements for the payment function the user is using, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. You hereby authorize Stripe to store and continue billing your specified payment method even after such payment method has expired, to avoid interruptions in payment for your use of the Service. Please contact Stripe for more information. Apptie assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments you make through the Service.

12. How do we update this notice?

Applicable law and our practices change over time. If we decide to update our Privacy Notice, we will post the changes on our Website and in our Apps. If we materially change the way in which we process your personal data, we will provide you with prior notice, or where legally required, request your consent prior to implementing such changes.
